Voor een gevestigde en zeer gekende vastgoedspeler in de regio van Oostende zijn we op zoek naar een inkoper en verkoper.

Dit vastgoedkantoor is al jarenlang een vaste waarde in de streek en is actief in:

  • Syndic
  • Verhuur
  • Vakantieverhuur
  • Verkoop

Met twee kantoren — één in het centrum en één op de dijk — is het kantoor sterk verankerd in de regio.

Recent werd het kantoor overgenomen door een jonge, ondernemende zaakvoerder, wat zorgde voor een frisse wind binnen het bedrijf. Vandaag wordt er sterk ingezet op modernisering, digitalisering én teamspirit. Denk aan afterwork drinks, teambuildings en leuke initiatieven zoals vrijwillige pilateslessen op dinsdag, vlakbij het kantoor.

Voor een vastgoedkantoor in het centrum van Oostende zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieus en gemotiveerd verkooptalent!

Als het aanspreekpunt voor de verkoop voor het kantoor in Oostende sta je in voor het beheren en het uitbreiden van de bestaande vastgoedportefeuille. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop en verkoop van residentieel en commercieel vastgoed. Je gaat via actieve prospectie op zoek naar nieuwe verkoopdossiers. Je kent de regio van Oostende en begeleidt de klant doorheen het volledige koopproces tot aan de akte.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je bent een gedreven commercieel talent met een passie voor vastgoed
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (vb. ervaring in verkoop/ vastgoed) of een relevant diploma
  • Je bent flexibel (geen 9 - 5 mentaliteit)
  • Je blinkt uit in onderhandelen en haalt hier jouw energie uit
  • Je beschikt over veel overtuigingskracht en doorzettingsvermogen
  • Je bent sterk in netwerken en bent een gemotiveerde teamplayer
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en bent vlot, eerlijk en sociaal
  • In bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Frans
