Om ons verkoopteam te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste vastgoedverkoper / vastgoedverkoopster die houdt van mensen, vastgoed én resultaten.

Heb je een BIV-nummer? Fantastisch, dan heb je alvast een mooie troef op zak. Nog geen BIV-nummer, maar wél commerciele feeling, overtuigingskracht en vooral heel veel goeste om erin te vliegen? Dan willen we jou ook graag leren kennen.

We zoeken iemand die:

- energie krijgt van verkopen en onderhandelen;

- vlot contact legt en vertrouwen weet op te bouwen;

- zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een team;

- ondernemend is en kansen ziet én grijpt;

- interesse en passie heeft voor vastgoed;

- beschikt over een BIV-nummer, of gemotiveerd is om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen de vastgoedsector;

- en vooral: iemand die met goeste aan de werkdag begint.

Wat ga je doen ?

Je begeleidt klanten bij één van de belangrijkste beslissingen in hun leven: de verkoop of aankoop van een woning. Van het eerste gesprek en de prospectie tot bezoeken, onderhandelingen en de uiteindelijke verkoop: jij bouwt een sterke relatie op met verkopers én kandidaat-kopers en zorgt voor een professionele begeleiding van A tot Z.
