VDAB zoekt enthousiaste en gemotiveerde Bemiddelaars om onze teams in Brussel te versterken. Als Bemiddelaar werk je mee aan de missie van VDAB om iedereen duurzaam in te schakelen op de arbeidsmarkt.

Om deze opdracht goed uit te voeren, werkt VDAB vanuit de verschillende fasen van het traject dat een klant bij VDAB aflegt.

Een klant start zijn/haar traject in het Team ‘Inschatting+’. Dit team bepaalt samen met de klant een realistisch jobdoelwit, en bekijkt welke competententieversterking nodig is (Nederlands of technische competenties). Het Team Inschatting+ maakt samen met de klant een plan van aanpak op. Daarna komt de klant terecht in het Team Matching waar de klant verder wordt begeleid tijdens de opleiding en wordt gematcht op vacatures.

Geen zorgen! Je hoeft zelf nog geen keuze te maken. Tijdens het jurygesprek zal blijken welke competenties je hebt en met welk profiel die een match vormen.

Op de uiterste indieningsdatum (22/10/2026) voldoe je aan volgende voorwaarden:

Je hebt een bachelordiploma OF Je hebt minstens 4 jaar relevante beroepservaring[2] met de activering en re-integratie van werkzoekenden én j e hebt een geldig niveaubewijs of je behaalt dit niveaubewijs uiterlijk tegen uiterste indieningsdatum (22/10/2026). Reken op minstens 3 werkdagen om de niveautest tijdig in te plannen en te behalen.
