Als Operator bij VDL Fibertech Industries in Hapert werk je met geavanceerde composietmaterialen zoals carbon en glasvezelversterkt kunststof. Veel van deze materialen worden in-house ontwikkeld en een aanzienlijk deel van het proces vraagt om echt hands-on vakmanschap en precisie. Nog geen ervaring met composiet? Geen enkel probleem: via een intensief intern inwerktraject leren ervaren vakmensen jou de fijne kneepjes van het vak. Aan de hand van werkinstructies en productieorders produceer, bewerk en controleer je hoogwaardige componenten, zoals patiëntentafels voor MRI-scanners en lichtgewicht machineonderdelen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Zelfstandig produceren, lamineren en afwerken van composietproducten volgens strikte werktekeningen en orders. - Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige visuele en maattolerantie-kwaliteitscontroles op de gemaakte onderdelen. - Tijdig signaleren en melden van afwijkingen in het productieproces. - Zorgvuldig registreren van productiedata en materiaalverbruik. - Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, georganiseerde en schone werkomgeving (5S). Functie-eisen Je hebt een passie voor het maken van tastbare kwaliteitsproducten, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt geconcentreerd.
