Een correcte administratie is meer dan gegevens verwerken. Het is de basis voor een duidelijke communicatie, een vlotte klantbeleving en dossiers die vooruitgaan.

Daarom zoeken we een Veelzijdig Administratief Talent die structuur brengt in de administratie, klanten correct verder helpt en dossiers nauwgezet opvolgt van order tot levering. Iemand die graag schakelt tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega’s en meedenkt over hoe het elke dag slimmer en efficiënter kan.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

  • Je verwerkt klantorders, orderbevestigingen en klantgegevens nauwkeurig in Business Central.
  • Je volgt dossiers van A tot Z op en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte via mail en telefoon.
  • Je beheert meerdere mailboxen, structureert vragen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging of doorverwijzing.
  • Je bewaakt levertermijnen en stemt tijdig af met leveranciers en interne collega’s.
  • Je zorgt voor correcte data, heldere documentatie en een logisch digitaal klassement.
  • Je denkt actief mee over slimmere workflows, betere procedures en administratieve automatisering.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen klanten, leveranciers, sales en andere afdelingen, afhankelijk van de prioriteiten.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die administratie niet ziet als een reeks losse taken, maar als een belangrijke schakel in een vlotte klantbeleving en een sterke interne werking. Je houdt van structuur, communiceert helder en neemt eigenaarschap over dossiers. Tegelijk denk je graag mee over hoe processen eenvoudiger, slimmer en efficiënter kunnen.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel, duidelijk en klantgericht via mail en telefoon.
  • Je bent proactief en oplossingsgericht: je wacht niet af, maar denkt mee vooruit.
  • Je bewaart rust, overzicht en prioriteit wanneer er veel tegelijk binnenkomt.
  • Je verwerkt informatie snel, correct en met oog voor detail.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel met Excel, data en digitale systemen; ervaring met Business Central is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een kritische en verbetergerichte blik en krijgt energie van administratie slimmer, duidelijker en efficiënter organiseren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
