Onze klant is een grote, internationale speler in de logistiek en havensector, die op zoek is naar een veiligheids- en kwaliteitsspecialist.

In deze rol ben jij de motor achter een veilige, gezonde en kwalitatieve werkomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op de werkvloer veilig werkt en dat alle regels rond veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit netjes worden nageleefd.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je helpt collega’s en leidinggevenden om veiligheid belangrijk te maken in hun dagelijkse werk.
  • Je schrijft heldere veiligheidsafspraken en houdt deze up-to-date.
  • Je helpt bij het uitzoeken van de oorzaak van incidenten en voert regelmatige controles (audits) uit op de werkvloer.
  • Je zit samen met het management, interne teams en externe organisaties.
  • Je bedenkt acties en campagnes om iedereen scherp en alert te houden.

Profiel

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke functie binnen een industriële of logistieke omgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kan goed met administratie overweg en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang, kan mensen mee krijgen in verandering en denkt in praktische oplossingen.
  • Je zit niet alleen achter je bureau, maar bent regelmatig aanwezig tussen de werknemers om te zien wat er speelt.
  • Je spreek en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands.
