Als Arbo- en Veiligheidsadviseur werken ben jij degene die ziet wat collega's nodig hebben om gezond en veilig te kunnen werken. Je loopt niet om risico's heen, maar pakt ze aan. Van preventie en psychosociale arbeidsbelasting tot veiligheid op de werkvloer: jij helpt mee aan een werkomgeving waarin mensen met plezier én vertrouwen hun werk kunnen doen. Van psychosociale arbeidsbelasting tot veiligheid en preventie: jij brengt kennis, advies en mensen bij elkaar. Zo werk je niet alleen aan beleid op papier, maar vooral aan een werkomgeving waarin collega's iedere dag goed hun werk kunnen doen. En daar worden uiteindelijk ook onze cliënten beter van. Waar ga je werken? - GGZ inGeest is een organisatie met ruim 1900 medewerkers. Hoewel je niet rechtstreeks met cliënten werkt, heeft jouw werk wél iedere dag invloed op de zorg. - Een gezonde en veilige werkomgeving geeft medewerkers de ruimte om hun vak goed uit te oefenen. En daar profiteren uiteindelijk onze cliënten van. - Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team Arbo & Verzuim. Dit team bestaat uit administratieve ondersteuning en twee verzuimadviseurs. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere arbo-preventiemedewerkers, onder andere op het gebied van Veiligheid en Ergonomie. - Je valt onder de afdeling HR, waar zo'n 35 collega's werken binnen verschillende teams, waaronder HR-advies, Recruitment, Leren & Ontwikkelen en de HR-servicedesk. Binnen dit geheel ben jij de expert op het gebied van preventie, psychosociale arbeidsbelasting en arbozorg. Een rol voor iemand die graag verder kijkt dan de regels alleen. Wat speelt er écht? Waar lopen collega's tegenaan? Waar liggen risico's én kansen? En vooral: wat kunnen we samen verbeteren? Wat ga je doen? Als Arbo- en Veiligheidsadviseur heb je een brede rol waarin geen dag...
