The posting

AB-SOLID is een studiebureau gespecialiseerd in het uitvoeren van opdrachten veiligheidscoördinatie in verschillende sectoren verspreid over heel Vlaanderen.

Het volledige team bestaat uit 40 medewerkers die actief zijn in de verschillende bedrijfsafdelingen en die verschillende funties uitoefenen: Administratieve medewerkers, Back-Officers, Planners en veiligheidscoördinatoren.

Wij zijn een jong en dynamisch team en hechten erg veel belang aan een aangename werk- en collegiale sfeer.

Voor deze functie is minimum een diploma secundair onderwijs TSO of dubbele finaliteit vereist.

Ervaring is niet vereist.

Job gerelateerd:

Na een korte inloopperiode en het behalen van je diploma veiligheidscoördinator kan je volledig zelfstandig veiligheidsbezoeken uitvoeren.

Deze bezoeken vinden plaats op werven verspreid over jouw werkgebied, in functie van je woonplaats.

De opleiding wordt volledig gefinancierd door AB-Solid met intensieve interne begeleiding.

Onze klanten bestaan uit de grootste telecom- en nutsbedrijven van ons land.

Allen dragen zij veiligheid hoog in het vaandel, een coachende houding tijdens de werfbezoeken is essentieel voor deze functie.

AB-SOLID is zodanig georganiseerd dat het administratief werk voor de veiligheidscoördinatoren tot een minimum beperkt blijft.

Wij streven ernaar om de veiligheidscoördinator maximaal werfbezoeken uit te laten voeren.

Streefdoel werkverhouding: 90% veldwerk VS 10% bureauwerk.

We trachten steeds te streven naar een goede werk-privé balans en hechten veel belang aan het werkplezier en welbevinden van onze medewerkers.

Gedeeltelijk thuiswerk hoort bij onze bedrijfscultuur.

Schoolverlaters komen zeker ook in aanmerking.

Aanwezigheid op kantoor te Destelbergen is occasioneel.

- Bij voorkeur beschik je reeds over Diploma Veiligheidscoördinator niveau B, wanneer je bereid bent om dit op korte termijn te halen (via zelfstudie-bekostigd door ons) kom je ook in aanmerking

- Beschikken over een rijbewijs B

- Schoolverlaters komen ook in aanmerking
