Zo combineer je dynamiek met structuur. Als Veiligheidskundige (KAM) ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het werkbaar maken van kwaliteit, arbeidsomstandigheden en milieubewustzijn binnen onze organisatie. Je hebt scherp oog voor risico's en kansen in en rondom projecten en weet deze te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. Je bent een echte sparringpartner voor collega's. Dagelijks ga je het gesprek aan, waarbij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en analytisch vermogen essentieel zijn. Samen zorgen we voor een veilige, duurzame en kwalitatieve werkomgeving. Belangrijke taken van onze Veiligheidskundige (KAM) zijn onder meer: - Het onderzoeken van veiligheidsincidenten; - Het identificeren van risico's binnen onze bedrijfsvoering (in de breedste zin des woords); - Het proactief én pragmatisch ondersteunen, adviseren en begeleiden van projectteams; - Uitvoeren interne audits en begeleiden van externe audits; - Promoten van onze werkwijze zoals vastgelegd in ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en waar noodzakelijk verbetermaatregelen doorvoeren; - Altijd op de hoogte zijn van de actuele normen en richtlijnen en waar nodig vertalen naar beleid voor de organisatie; - Het op de voet volgen van ontwikkelingen binnen onze branche en specifiek binnen jouw vakgebied; - Het samenwerken binnen het team. = 1024" > Werkomgeving Droom jij ervan om karaktervolle bouwwerken nieuw leven in te blazen?
