Samen met verschillende partners zorgen zij voor de optimale werking van tooling, infrastructuur en veiligheidssystemen op en rond de luchthaven. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een open cultuur, vakmanschap en een grote betrokkenheid bij de veiligheid en gezondheid van haar medewerkers. Wat ga je doen als Veiligheidsmanager Schiphol? Als Veiligheidsmanager ben jij de spil tussen beleid en uitvoering. Je vertaalt strategische veiligheidsdoelen naar praktische acties op de werkvloer en zorgt dat de veiligheid, gezondheid en milieuzorg hoog op de agenda staan. Je coördineert en bewaakt het V&G-beleid, hebt een adviserende rol op tactisch niveau en geeft leiding aan een team Middelbaar Veiligheidskundigen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Coördineren van het V&G-beleid op basis van RI&E, audits en managementreviews - Actualiseren en analyseren van V&G-registraties en rapportages - Onderzoeken van incidenten en rapporteren van ernstige incidenten - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en implementeren van V&G-plannen - Leidinggeven aan 4 tot 5 MVK'ers (Middelbaar Veiligheidskundigen) - Makkelijk schakelen met stakeholders op operationeel en tactisch niveau, zowel binnen de organisatie als met externe partijen - Samenwerken met disciplines zoals werktuigbouw, civiel en elektrotechniek en integrale veiligheidszorg Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denk...
