Jouw portfolio bestaat uit twee verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen, namelijk de landelijke opererende afdeling Projectontwikkeling en business unit Fijn Wonen, de verkooporganisatie achter onze hypermoderne woningfabriek. Voor deze twee Van Wijnen onderdelen rijd je regelmatig naar collega's door het land en bestaat jouw takenpakket uit het volgende: - Projectontwikkeling, Fijn Wonen en de bouwregio's met elkaar in verbinding brengen om de keuzes en beheersmaatregelen in de planuitwerkingen én in de praktijk op projectlocaties te laten landen. Hier heb je als Veiligheidskundige tevens een signalerende en adviserende rol in; - De structuur van Veiligheids- en Gezondheidscoördinatie ten behoeve van de ontwerpfase binnen Projectontwikkeling en Fijn Wonen monitoren en doorontwikkelen; - Hierbij verbeter je ook de sjablonen van het V&G plan (inclusief RI&E en het V&G dossier) op, om deze vervolgens ook te beheren; - Inhoudelijk toetsen van de V&G-plan ontwerpfase met BTO-keuzelijst die door het verantwoordelijk (ontwikkel)team is opgesteld en zorgt ervoor dat V&G risico's voor uitvoering, beheer en sloop zoveel mogelijk worden weggenomen, door bijvoorbeeld wijziging van het ontwerp, materiaalkeuzes, organisatie etcetera; - Coördineren en begeleiden van risicosessies die specifiek op gebied van de V&G ontwerpfase worden uitgevoerd; - Instrueren, trainen en begeleiden van collega's in het coördineren van vei...
