Ben jij een veiligheidskundige die graag zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer en een actieve rol speelt in het verbeteren van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu? Dan is dit een mooie kans binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar veiligheid hoog op de agenda staat.

Wat ga jij doen als veiligheidskundige?

Als veiligheidskundige ben jij de specialist op het gebied van veiligheid, arbeidsomstandigheden en milieu. Je ondersteunt leidinggevende en medewerkers bij het creëren van een veilige werkomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat wet en regelgeving op een praktische manier wordt toegepast.

Jouw werkzaamheden als veiligheidskundige?

- Uitvoeren van RI&E's en risicoanalyses - Signaleren van veiligheidsrisico's en verbeterkansen - Onderzoeken en rapporteren van incidenten en bijna ongevallen - Adviseren van management en operationele afdelingen over veiligheidsvraagstukken - Opstellen, implementeren en actualiseren van veiligheidsprocedures - Organiseren en verzorgen van toolboxen, trainingen en veiligheidsinstructies - Begeleiden van interne audits en inspecties - Monitoren van veiligheidsdoelstellingen en analyseren van prestaties - Stimuleren van veiligheids bewustzijn op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie - Bijdragen aan een sterke en duurzame veiligheidscultuur

- Afgeronde opleiding middelbare Veiligheidskunde (MVK) - Minimaal enkele ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring binnen een technische, logistieke of productgerichte omgeving - Goed beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engelse is een pluspunt - Ervaring met Microsoft Office - BHV certificaat of bereid deze te behalen - Sterke communicatieve en adviserende vaardigheden
