Veiligheidskundige (HS Specialist) Lelystad, Buitenhavenweg, Netherlands Baan Solliciteren Veiligheidskundige (HS Specialist) Lelystad, Buitenhavenweg, Netherlands Baan JYSK is een snelgroeiende internationale retailorganisatie met meer dan 3.500 winkels in 50 landen. Om deze groei logistiek te ondersteunen, bouwen wij momenteel ons tiende distributiecentrum in Lelystad. De bouw is in volle gang en naar verwachting zal het distributiecentrum begin 2027 operationeel zijn. Dat betekent natuurlijk niet dat we tot die tijd stilzitten. Vanuit ons tijdelijke distributiecentrum werken we al volop aan een soepele overgang naar de nieuwe locatie. Ben jij iemand die ziet wat er beter kan en het vervolgens ook geregeld krijgt? Wacht jij niet af tot iemand anders in actie komt? Spreek jij mensen direct aan als iets niet veilig gaat en krijg je energie van het zichtbaar verbeteren van de werkvloer? Dan zoeken we jou. Als Health & Safety Manager (Veiligheidskundige) ben jij de drijvende kracht achter Health & Safety binnen ons distributiecentrum. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid niet blijft hangen in procedures en plannen, maar iedere dag zichtbaar is in de operatie. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet mensen op een directe en overtuigende manier mee te krijgen. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en de medewerkers op de werkvloer. Je adviseert waar nodig, maar neemt vooral zelf verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief. Je ziet risico's, benoemt ze en zorgt ervoor dat er iets mee gebeurt. Dit is een rol voor iemand die graag midden in de operatie staat. Je hoeft niet vanaf dag één alles te weten. Wel verwachten we dat je nieuwsgierig bent, snel schakelt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en niet terugdeinst voor een lastige situatie of een stevig gesprek.
