Voor een toonaangevende opdrachtgever binnen de infra zoeken wij een Veiligheidskundige voor een langdurige interimopdracht van 2 jaar in de regio Apeldoorn. Via Diks Process Support ga je aan de slag binnen een uitdagende projectomgeving waar veiligheid iedere dag centraal staat. Je bent veel aanwezig op de werkvloer, adviseert projectteams en helpt mee aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een betrokken veiligheidskundige die graag zichtbaar is op de werkvloer. Je weet mensen te enthousiasmeren voor veilig werken, bent niet bang om het gesprek aan te gaan en denkt altijd in oplossingen. Met jouw proactieve houding, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en praktische instelling draag je iedere dag bij aan een werkomgeving waarin veiligheid vanzelfsprekend is. Wat ga je doen? Als veiligheidskundige zorg jij ervoor dat veiligheidsbeleid niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook echt wordt toegepast in de praktijk. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op projectlocaties, waar je samenwerkt met uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders. Met jouw coachende aanpak vergroot je het veiligheidsbewustzijn en draag je bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur. Je bezoekt verschillende projecten, controleert of veiligheidsafspraken worden nageleefd en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Zie je een risico of afwijking?
