Adviseer, inspecteer en coach projectteams in Waterbouw, Staalbouw en Werktuigbouw en zorg dat iedereen veilig en gezond aan het werk is, op de bouwplaats en daarbuiten. Solliciteren Jouw rol Als veiligheidskundige bij De Klerk speel je een cruciale rol in onze projecten en bedrijfsvoering. Je helpt projectteams en medewerkers om veiligheidsprocedures en voorschriften na te leven en te verbeteren. Door coaching en voorlichting vergroot je het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Dit doe discipline overstijgend; voor onze waterbouw, staalbouw en werktuigbouw. Ook stel je V&G-plannen op, voer je inspecties en gedragsobservaties uit en rapporteer je je bevindingen. Je organiseert toolboxmeetings en veiligheidstrainingen en neemt deel aan overleggen met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. Ook adviseer je projectteams over verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu (VGM) en vertaal je theorie naar praktijk. Met jouw expertise draag je bij aan een veilig en gezonde werkomgeving. Dit samen met het team van meerdere ervaren veiligheidskundigen als onderdeel van onze QHSE-afdeling.
