Votre fonction englobe les tâches suivantes :

  • Entretenir les contacts avec les clients existants;
  • Accueillir et conseiller tout nouveau client se présentant à l'agence dans le but de créer une véritable relation rentable et de longue durée, plus précisément un véritable partenariat;
  • Rédiger toutes les offres, suivre de près les affaires en cours et réaliser les relances nécessaires;
  • Etre disponible pour les clients tant pour donner toutes les informations souhaitées (prix, descriptif de produits, délai de livraison, etc.) que pour apporter des conseils, des solutions (produits, services) à des questions techniques;
  • Assurer une bonne communication et collaboration avec vos collègues de tous départements (transport, comptabilité, etc.).
  • Vous disposez d'un bachelier en construction ou vous disposez d'une expérience probante dans le secteur de la construction;
  • Vous possédez déjà de quelques années d'expérience probante dans une fonction commerciale auprès d'un négociant de matériaux ou d'une entreprise active dans les métiers de la construction;
  • Vous maitrisez l'outil informatique (Outlook, office, SAP ou système analogue);
  • Vous disposez d'une connaissance étendue de la gamme des matériaux de construction; dans la pratique, vous êtes disposé à vendre de tout (gros œuvre-parachèvement-couverture, etc);
  • Vous êtes généraliste mais vous disposez également de connaissances plus pointues au niveau des matériaux spécifiques de la couverture et vous êtes apte à faire les calculs appropriés;
  • La gamme des produits proposée à la clientèle étant très diversifiée, il est nécessaire d'avoir une bonne capacité à emmagasiner et à se former en permanence;
  • Le fait d'être bilingue (français -néerlandais) et d'avoir une réelle maîtrise de ces deux langues tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit vous permet de vous démarquer.
