In het kort: Je gaat als veranderkundige landelijke kaders en leermiddelen vertalen naar de lokale praktijk, trainingen en leerlijnen uitrollen, ambassadeurs en teams begeleiden en de implementatie en borging van Betekenisvol Afdoen binnen eenheden realiseren. Opdracht/functie omschrijving Compleet afgebakende scope met op te leveren producten per eenheid. Dit voor het landelijke project Betekenisvol afdoen onder de Board I&O, actielijn Opsporen in de basisteams. DE opgave richt zich op het beter en bewuster afwegen welke opvolging passend is voor burger, slachtoffer, verdachte, politie en keten. In 2026 ligt de nadruk op implementatie binnen de GGP. De eenheden worden ondersteund met veranderkundigen bij de implementatie van BA. Veranderkundigen trainen, ondersteunen, implementeren afgesproken producten. De kandidaat komt te werken binnen een landelijk projectteam dat samenwerkt met de landelijke projectleider en de projectleider uit de aangestelde eenheid. Werkzaamheden/taken, verantwoordelijkheden & doelstellingen De werkzaamheden van de kandidaat bestaan uit het vertalen van de landelijke kaders, werkprocessen en leermiddelen naar de lokale praktijk en het ondersteunen van de ambassadeurs aan de basisteams, het faciliteren van trainingen en het begeleiden van teams bij toepassing en borging. Doel is dat Ba aantoonbaar wordt geïmplementeerd binnen de toegewezen eenheid. - Landelijk Blauwdruk Veranderplan: Binnen jou operationele Eenheid lever je een scherp veranderplan op (ist-soll analyse) dat aansluit on de landelijke blauwdruk Betekenisvol afdoen. - Opzetten netwerk BA op elk onderdeel. GGP voor Q2 2027, diensten, staf, opsporing voor Q1 2028. - Leergang teamchefs BA uitleren op alle onderdelen. - Uitrol Leerprogramma GGP & Specialisten: Het begeleiden, instrueren en implementeren van het landelijk leerprogramma (oplevering Q4 2027) voor medewerkers binnen de GGP en specialistische opsporing (o.a. VVC, Zeden, Mensenhandel) voor Q4 2028. - Instrueren van med.
