Kom samen bouwen aan jeugdhulp die werkt! Jouw functie, jouw team Als Verandermanager ben je onderdeel van het programmateam 1 Levvel proces. Je geeft richting aan programma's die bijdragen aan de strategische doelen van Levvel. Daarbij verbind je verschillende disciplines en zorg je voor aantoonbare resultaten. Je werkt samen met je collega's en externe partners aan ontwikkeling, kwaliteit en innovatie. Het programma is een meerjarig veranderprogramma dat is opgezet om de samenwerking binnen de organisatie te versterken, zowel intern als met de jongeren en gezinnen. Hierbij staat een eenduidige, transparante werkwijze centraal, zodat jongeren en gezinnen altijd weten wat ze van ons mogen verwachten. Daarnaast willen we slim werken door gebruik te maken van digitale middelen en systemen. Je maakt deel uit van het programmateam 1Levvel Proces, dat bestaat uit een programmamanager en drie programmamedewerkers. Eén van hen vervult ook de rol van programmasecretaris en ondersteunt jou. Je werkt nauw samen met de programmamanager en hebt regelmatig afstemming met directie en bestuur. Daarnaast werk je met collega's uit verschillende projectteams, in het bijzonder met de stafafdelingen. Het betreft een tijdelijk functie voor 6 maanden.
