Hoewel de technische implementatie succesvol is afgerond, blijkt de functionele adoptie en het uniforme gebruik binnen de organisatie beperkt. Verschillende afdelingen - waaronder sales, werkvoorbereiding, teamleiders en logistiek - ervaren knelpunten in het dagelijks gebruik. Hierdoor worden de beoogde voordelen (procesoptimalisatie, foutreductie, eenduidige werkwijze, betrouwbare stuurinformatie) nog niet gerealiseerd. Hieruit zijn meer dan 250 knelpunten naar voren gekomen op het gebied van processen, werkwijzen, kennis, systeeminrichting, sturing en governance.
