Als Verantwoordelijke Aankoper AGF ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop en commerciële opvolging van aardappelen, groenten en fruit. Je combineert een passie voor verse producten met commercieel inzicht en zorgt samen met leveranciers, klanten en collega's voor een kwalitatief en aantrekkelijk assortiment.

  • Inkopen van AGF-producten bij vaste leveranciers
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van sterke relaties met leveranciers en klanten
  • Bepalen van verkoopprijzen en bewaken van gezonde marges
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen en inspelen op prijsveranderingen
  • Beheren van de voorraad met aandacht voor beschikbaarheid en rendement
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, versheid en voedselveiligheid van de producten
  • Samenwerken met het salesteam om commerciële opportuniteiten optimaal te benutten
  • Afstemmen met de verschillende filialen over een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke productpresentatie
  • Aansturen, motiveren en ondersteunen van het AGF-team
  • Opstellen van rapportages en vertalen van cijfers naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Verzorgen van de maandelijkse nieuwsbrief
  • Passie voor verse producten, groenten en fruit
  • Ervaring binnen AGF, retail, horeca, markthandel of een vergelijkbare commerciële omgeving vormt een sterke troef
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Goed commercieel inzicht en gevoel voor prijs en marge
  • Klantgerichte en professionele ingesteldheid
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en positieve werkhouding
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid durven nemen
