The posting

Voor een internationale en stabiele organisatie in Zeebrugge zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Verantwoordelijke Administratie (m/v/x).

In deze functie combineer je een leidinggevende rol met een actieve rol binnen de dagelijkse administratie.

Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 16 medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve processen vlot, correct en tijdig verlopen. Je bent tegelijk coach, aanspreekpunt én collega op de werkvloer.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over een administratief team van ongeveer 16 medewerkers.
  • Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines worden gerespecteerd.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers bij vragen en ondersteunt hen bij complexere administratieve dossiers.
  • Je controleert inkomende en uitgaande facturen en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige documenten correct verwerkt worden.
  • Je draait zelf actief mee in de administratie en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van de administratieve verwerking.
  • Je merkt knelpunten in de werking op en denkt mee na over efficiëntere werkmethodes en processen.
  • Je motiveert en begeleidt je medewerkers en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van medewerkers.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer er verschillende zaken tegelijk lopen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega's op een positieve manier te begeleiden en te motiveren.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent verantwoordelijk en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en schakelt vlot wanneer de planning of prioriteiten wijzigen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en bent vlot met administratieve software en nieuwe IT-systemen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je voldoende uitdrukken in het Engels.
