Voor onze klant zoeken we een Verantwoordelijke Bakkerijafdeling die met enthousiasme zorgt voor een verzorgde afdeling, tevreden klanten én een vlotte dagelijkse werking.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Je staat in voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de bakkerijafdeling Je zorgt ervoor dat brood, pistolets en koffiekoeken steeds vers en aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd worden Je volgt het bakschema op en bakt verschillende producten af Je bewaakt de orde, netheid en hygiëne van de afdeling Je stuurt collega’s mee aan en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team Je volgt de voorraad en aanvulling van producten nauwkeurig op Je helpt klanten verder met een glimlach en geeft advies waar nodig Je denkt mee na over commerciële acties en proevertjes om klanten extra te inspireren

Je hebt een passie voor bakkerijproducten en retail Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en houdt overzicht Je bent klantgericht, sociaal en hands-on Je werkt graag in team en motiveert collega’s Je bent flexibel naar werkuren en weekendwerk

Je bent beschikbaar tussen 6u00 en 20u00 en werkt in een afwisselend uurrooster (vroege/late). Weekendwerk hoort erbij (zaterdag en zondag).
