Als verantwoordelijke after sales ben jij de spilfiguur tussen verkoop en klant en het team. Zodra een wagen verkocht en besteld is, komt het dossier bij jou terecht. Jouw team volgt nauwgezet de geplande leveringsdatum op en zorgt ervoor dat de klant tijdig op de hoogte is wanneer zijn nieuwe wagen klaarstaat. Daarnaast zorgt jouw team er voor dat alle contracten – van verkoop en leasing tot financiering en verzekering – tot in de puntjes in orde zijn. Hiervoor werk je dagelijks samen met interne collega's én externe partners. Op het moment dat de klant zijn wagen komt ophalen, neem jij de administratieve kant van de aflevering voor jouw rekening. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en klantgerichte aanpak en sterk organisatorisch vermogen loopt deze dienst op wieltjes en kan de klant met een glimlach vertrekken.

  • Je beschikt over de nodige kennis en vaardigheden via opleiding of ervaring in de automobielsector.
  • Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig, bent klantvriendelijk en sterk georganiseerd.
  • Je hebt ervaring met leiding geven en het organiseren van een departement.
  • Je bspreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag zelfstandig én in team.
