The posting

AD Megatec (100 medewerkers, 40 mio euro omzet) in Komen is actief als producent van Schüco ramen, deuren en schuiframen in kunststof.

Als marktleider in de Benelux produceren wij zo’n 60 000 afgewerkte stuks per jaar uitsluitend voor de professionele markt.

Ondertussen bestaan wij reeds 35 jaar en zijn wij uitgegroeid tot een betrouwbare partner voor onze klanten, waarbij we steeds streven naar duurzame samenwerkingen en oplossingen op maat van elk project.

In het kader van de verdere groei en professionalisering zoeken wij een verantwoordelijke after sales.

De uitdaging

Na een grondige introductie word je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van onze service- en after sales activiteiten.

Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij servicevragen en zal instaan voor:

  • het plannen en coördineren van de interventies van onze 3 servicetechniekers
  • het verwerken en opvolgen van service-aanvragen via ons online platform
  • het beantwoorden van technische en praktische vragen tijdens en na projecten
  • het bewaken van een efficiënte planning en klanttevredenheid
  • het afstemmen met interne diensten (productie, calculatie, commerciële binnendienst)

Kortom, een uitdagende functie met diverse interne en externe contacten waarbij je zorgt voor een professionele serviceverlening.

  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt overzicht.
  • Je beschikt over goede sociale omgangsvaardigheden en bent in staat om diverse stakeholders vlot te woord te staan.
  • Je hebt een service gerichte aanpak.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek of interesse in de bouw / schrijnwerksector.
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en bent hands-on ingesteld.
