Ben jij een bouwkundige met passie voor kwaliteit en klaar om de ontwikkeling van prefab betonproducten mee te sturen? Voor onze vestiging in Oudenaarde zoeken wij een gedreven Verantwoordelijke Kwaliteit die garant staat voor de hoogste productstandaarden.

Als Verantwoordelijke Kwaliteit speel je een sleutelrol in de kwaliteitsgarantie van onze prefab betonproducten. Je verdiept je in kwaliteitsbeheer en draagt actief bij aan de productontwikkeling.

  • Productiecontrole: Je controleert de geproduceerde stukken aan de hand van de stuktekeningen.
  • Analyse & Actie: Je interpreteert de controle resultaten en onderneemt onmiddellijk de nodige acties wanneer dat vereist is.
  • Kwaliteitsgarantie: Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op om de kwaliteitsgarantie van de producten te borgen.
  • Leiderschap & Overleg: Je kan zowel arbeiders aansturen als overleg plegen met de verantwoordelijken.
  • Probleemoplossend: Je kan probleemoplossend en out of the box denken.
  • Beslissingen: Je neemt onafhankelijke beslissingen met een klantgerichte mindset en een sterk gevoel voor ondernemerschap.
  • Werkhouding: Je gaat zowel in groep als alleen aan de slag.

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een diploma in de bouwkunde. Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pluspunt.
  • Inzicht: Je combineert praktijkervaring met organisatorisch inzicht en bewaart het overzicht.
  • Competenties: Je bent klant- en resultaatgericht alsook communicatief.
  • Eigenschappen: Je bent flexibel, ordelijk, georganiseerd, verantwoordelijk, plichtsbewust en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Mobiliteit: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
