In een hoogtechnologische infrastructuuromgeving waar digitale processen, datakwaliteit en multidisciplinaire samenwerking centraal staan, neem je de leiding over de verdere uitbouw en implementatie van BIM binnen het project. Je zorgt voor een uniforme, gestructureerde en efficiënte toepassing van BIM gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van het project, van ontwerp tot oplevering. Je vertaalt contractuele eisen, projectspecificaties en BIM‑standaarden naar duidelijke processen, werkwijzen en richtlijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met ontwerpteams, uitvoering, Systems Engineering, kwaliteitsborging en andere interne en externe stakeholders. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van BIM‑processen en zorg je ervoor dat projectinformatie, data en modellen correct worden beheerd, afgestemd en traceerbaar blijven. Je neemt een voortrekkersrol op, ondersteunt teams, stimuleert kennisdeling en begeleidt verandertrajecten om BIM verder te verankeren binnen het project.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitbouwen, implementeren en verder ontwikkelen van BIM binnen het project.
  • Vertalen van contractuele eisen en BIM‑standaarden naar processen en richtlijnen.
  • Samenwerken met ontwerp, uitvoering, Systems Engineering, kwaliteitsborging en andere stakeholders.
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit, modelbeheer en traceerbaarheid.
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van teams in BIM‑toepassingen.
  • Stimuleren van kennisdeling en begeleiden van verandertrajecten.
  • Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en efficiëntere workflows.
  • Versterken van BIM‑maturiteit binnen het project.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal tien jaar relevante ervaring binnen complexe bouw- of infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Ruime ervaring met BIM‑processen, van ontwerp tot oplevering.
  • Ervaring met BIM‑software zoals Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks, 4D Synchro, CostX of gelijkaardige toepassingen.
  • Vertrouwd met ISO 19650, OTL‑management en BIM‑standaarden.
  • Ervaring met systeemgerichte contracten zoals NEC4, DBFM, D&C of gelijkaardige vormen.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en continuous improvement .
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en verbindend vermogen tussen stakeholders.
  • Coachende ingesteldheid en ervaring met verandertrajecten binnen BIM‑maturiteit.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en overzicht kunnen bewaren over disciplines en deelprojecten.
  • Affiniteit met datamanagement, documentmanagement en assetmanagement.
  • Proactief, resultaatgericht en initiatief durven nemen.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk.
