The posting

Voor een groeiende onderneming actief binnen een gespecialiseerde technische dienstverlening zijn wij op zoek naar een Verantwoordelijke Dispatch.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van interventies en onderhoudswerken bij professionele klanten. Je vormt samen met een collega het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat elke aanvraag snel, correct en efficiënt wordt behandeld.

Je analyseert de vraag van de klant, verzamelt de nodige informatie en plant de juiste technieker in op basis van de aard van de interventie. Daarbij behoud je steeds het overzicht over de planning en zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klanten, techniekers en interne diensten.

Naast de operationele planning neem je een actieve rol op in de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van de interventie- en onderhoudsafdeling.

Takenpakket

  • Inplannen, coördineren en dispatchen van interventies en onderhoudswerken.
  • Telefonisch en per mail fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Analyseren van klantvragen en verzamelen van de nodige technische informatie.
  • Toewijzen van de juiste technieker aan elke interventie.
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse planning.
  • Opvolgen van interventies en zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie naar klanten en medewerkers.
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van dossiers binnen een ERP-systeem.
  • Ondersteunen bij de verdere uitbouw van de interventie- en onderhoudsafdeling.
  • Mee aansturen en coördineren van een groeiend team van techniekers.
  • Je beschikt over een technische affiniteit en hebt ervaring binnen dispatching, planning of servicecoördinatie.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je hebt een goed organisatorisch inzicht en behoudt het overzicht, ook in drukke situaties.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert eveneens goed binnen een team.
  • Je beschikt over de maturiteit en ervaring om een afdeling mee verder uit te bouwen en medewerkers aan te sturen.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische serviceomgeving is een belangrijke troef.
