Voor een vooraanstaand en groeiend familiebedrijf in de regio rond Ardooie zijn we op zoek naar een gepassioneerde Verantwoordelijke Distributie. In deze rol sta je aan het roer van de logistieke goederenstromen. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling van de inkomende en uitgaande leveringen en treedt op als de sturende kracht voor de medewerkers op het terrein. Zoek je een uitdagende spilfunctie waarin operationele doortastendheid en coaching hand in hand gaan? Dan is dit de geknipte vervolgstap in jouw carrière.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bent het dagelijks aanspreekpunt voor het distributieteam. Je begeleidt en motiveert medewerkers, ondersteunt hun groei en staat in voor een optimale bezetting en personeelsroostering.
  • Je bewaakt de laad- en losplanningen, volgt de fysieke bewegingen op en springt administratief of operationeel bij via het ERP-systeem wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je ziet strikt toe op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. Je analyseert afwijkingen of klachten en zet deze om in concrete preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je identificeert actief verbetermogelijkheden in de werkwijze of systemen en stemt af met de afdelingen planning, backoffice en management.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma (bachelor) in een logistieke of bedrijfskundige richting, aangevuld met minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende rol.
  • Je beschikt over een gedegen inzichten in magazijn- en distributieprocessen binnen een logistieke of industriële setting.
  • Je bent een toegankelijke, kordate en communicatief sterke peoplemanager die de rust bewaart in een dynamische context.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale pakketten en ERP-software (kennis van SAP geldt als een troef).
