Hoe ziet de functie er dan uit?

Als Verantwoordelijke Productie & Engineering ben jij de motor van ons productie- en engineering team. Met jouw energie en inzicht:

  • Organiseer je de staalbouwprojecten van aankoop materialen tot kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Leid je het engineering- en productie­team op een inspirerende manier: je motiveert, coacht en zorgt dat iedereen zijn of haar talenten kan inzetten.
  • Zorg je voor kwaliteit en resultaat: je houdt de lat hoog, maar weet tegelijk hoe je samen successen viert.
  • Als rechterhand van de CEO, denk je mee met de organisatie en optimaliseer je werkprocessen: je denkt mee over verbeteringen, zet nieuwe structuren op en volgt ze nauwgezet op.
  • Heb je oog voor de dagelijkse operatie: je pakt lopende issues vlot aan en zorgt voor duidelijke oplossingen.
  • Bewaar je het overzicht: zowel inzake werkplanning, personeelsplanning als de budgetten.

Kortom: je combineert people skills, las-technische / staalbouw kennis met een sterk organisatorisch inzicht. Jij bent degene die zorgt dat het team goed draait en met goesting komt werken.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

•Je hebt een hoger technisch diploma, bij voorkeur als Ingenieur, en vult dit aan met leidinggevende ervaring in de bouwsector – ervaring in staalbouw is daarbij een sterke troef.

•Talen zijn voor jou een middel om te verbinden: je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels, en je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.

•Plannen, organiseren en werkprocessen verbeteren zijn voor jou geen taken maar een tweede natuur. Je krijgt energie van het motiveren van mensen en het samen realiseren van sterke resultaten.

•Collega’s omschrijven jou als loyaal, leergierig en collegiaal – iemand die het team vooruit helpt en de sfeer positief houdt.

•Je hebt de ambitie om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, impact te maken en mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.
