Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Afdelingshoofd Expeditie voor onze klant in Bocholt, actief in de voeding.

Jouw takenpakket als Afdelingshoofd Expeditie / Head of Logistics bestaat uit:

  • Export & Douanedocumentatie: Vlekkeloze verwerking van alle uitvoerdocumenten, strikte opvolging van internationale handelsovereenkomsten en direct contact onderhouden met douaneautoriteiten, expediteurs en transporteurs.
  • Accijnsadministratie: Zorgdragen voor accurate accijnsaangiftes, waken over de wettelijke naleving en het professioneel begeleiden van externe audits en inspecties.
  • Logistieke Organisatie: Beheren en stroomlijnen van wegtransport en containertransport, scherp monitoren van logistieke kosten en KPI-analyses uitvoeren op de prestaties van externe partners.
  • Team aansturen: Dagelijks leidinggeven aan, versterken en coachen van 3 transportplanners, waarbij je de prioriteiten stelt en streeft naar een geoliede werking van de afdeling. Je zal zelf ook effectief meewerken in het team, dit tot 70% van de dag.

Profiel

Als Afdelingshoofd Expeditie / Head of Logistics herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring), bij voorkeur in een logistieke of supply chain richting.
  • Grondige kennis en praktische ervaring op het vlak van uitvoer, douanereglementering, accijnzen en containerlogistiek.
  • Bewezen ervaring in het aansturen en motiveren van een team.
  • Organisatorisch ijzersterk, stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig.
