Van onderhoud en leveranciersbeheer tot contractopvolging, budgetbeheer en wettelijke conformiteit: dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak draag je bij aan een efficiëntere en veiligere werkomgeving.

Tot je verantwoordelijkheden behoren oa (zie details in bijlage)

  • Gebouwen en infrastructuur
  • Bedrijfs- & werkmateriaal
  • Aanbestedingen & contracten
  • Budgetbeheer & kostenbeheersing
  • Beheer van de volledige administratie, documentatie en wettelijke verplichtingen zoals vergunningen, mbt onderhoudswerken, keuringen, conformiteitsattesten, ea.
