The posting

FIX is een ambitieus en groeiend bedrijf binnen de sociale economie met een 120-tal medewerkers en een jaarlijkse omzet van 7 miljoen euro. FIX renoveert scholen, jeugd-, sport- & cultuurorganisaties in het hele Brusselse Gewest. De renovatiewerken bij FIX worden uitgevoerd door laaggeschoolde, langdurig werkzoekenden die zo groeien naar een vaste job in de bouwsector. Verder geven we scholen ook advies en begeleiding in rationeel energieverbruik.

Naast werkervaring hebben we 2 commerciële spin-offs, Stilla en Good Hands. Hier creëren we eigen kwalitatieve jobs voor Brusselaars zonder diploma en zetten we tegelijk kwalitatieve, circulaire producten en diensten in de markt.

Als verantwoordelijke financiën sta je in voor het dagelijks beheer van FIX, Stilla en Good Hands. Je beheert de analytische boekhouding van de organisaties, inclusief jaarafsluiting, en je implementeert en optimaliseert financiële processen zodat de organisaties en je collega’s zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen werken. Als financieel expert ben je eveneens de rechterhand van de zakelijk directeur. Je voorziet haar van cijfers en doet daarbij de subsidieopvolging en rapportage.

CONCREET TAKENPAKKET

  • Dagelijks beheer van de boekhouding van FIX
  • Zakelijke bedrijfsvoering Stilla en Good Hands opvolgen en beheren,
  • Budgetopvolging en nacalculatie,
  • Voorbereiden begrotingscontroles per kwartaal en opvolgen van uitgaven en inkomsten,
  • Financiële jaarafsluiting verzorgen, eerste contact met externe boekhouder en bedrijfsrevisor,
  • Afrekeningen en rapportage van subsidiedossiers,
  • Rechterhand van de zakelijk directeur,
  • Opzetten en optimaliseren van de automatisatie van de financiële processen.
  • Kennis van boekhouding
  • Financieel en zakelijk inzicht en dit helder kunnen vertalen
  • Analytisch en nauwkeurig werken, zich kunnen organiseren, prioriteiten kunnen stellen en deadlines respecteren
  • Bachelor of Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Positieve ingesteldheid
  • Teamspeler
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands
  • Openstaan voor een multiculturele werksfeer en de Brusselse situatie
