Ben jij een ervaren plaatser binnen HVAC-installaties en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op de werf?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke binnen HVAC die onze technische teams mee aanstuurt op grotere installatieprojecten.

Onze firma is actief binnen HVAC- en sanitaire installaties voor nieuwbouw en renovatie, met focus op grotere residentiële en appartementsprojecten.

Je staat samen met je ploeg in voor de uitvoering op grotere werven, waar kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat kan er aan bod komen?

  • Aansturen en opvolgen van je ploeg op de werf
  • Meewerken aan de plaatsing van HVAC-installaties
  • Controleren van uitgevoerde werken en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Opvolgen van planning, materiaal en praktische werfvoorbereiding
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit op de werf
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn op de werf voor klant en projectleiding
  • Rapporteren van voortgang, extra werk en aandachtspunten

Je beschikt over stevige ervaring binnen HVAC en voelt je comfortabel in een leidinggevende rol op de werf.

Verdere kan vlot overweg met digitale tools en werkt gemakkelijk met een tablet of scanapplicaties voor werfopvolging.

Een rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk, daarnaast spreek je vlot Nederlands en Engels.

Jullie werkdag start om 6u30 vanuit het magazijn en je werkt voornamelijk op werven in de ruime regio, al kunnen grotere projecten verder gelegen zijn.

Je bent vaak meerdere weken actief op dezelfde werf, wat zorgt voor een stabiel werkritme en duidelijke opvolging.

Overuren komen regelmatig voor en worden correct vergoed.

Verplaatsingstijd in de camionette wordt volledig als arbeidstijd meegerekend.

Wij bieden een correct loon op basis van jouw ervaring binnen PC 124, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques.
