Als verantwoordelijke infrastructuur en preventie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van onze gebouwen, infrastructuur en onze facilitaire processen. Zo zorg je er mee voor om een veilige, duurzame en goed georganiseerde leef- en werkomgeving te waarborgen voor onze jongeren en medewerkers.

Elegast is al meer dan 40 jaar een vaste waarde in de Antwerpse jeugdzorg en hulpverlening. Met ruim 200 collega’s, 15 afdelingen en 10 locaties zijn we groot en veelzijdig, maar toch toegankelijk en persoonlijk.

Wat doe je?

Beheer en aansturing gebouwen en infrastructuur

  • Je staat in voor de aansturing en organisatie van het dagelijks beheer van gebouwen en infrastructuur
  • Je voert regelmatige controles en inspecties uit
  • Je coördineert herstellingen en technische interventies
  • Je beheert het wagenpark
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor gebouwgebonden administratie en keuringen
  • Je houdt toezicht op veiligheid, netheid en functionaliteit van gebouwen en terreinen
  • Je zorgt voor een actieve opvolging van moderne gebouwtechnieken en systemen (HVAC, automatisatie, energiebeheer, …)
  • Je wordt actief betrokken bij nieuwe infrastructuurprojecten

Facilitaire coördinatie

  • Je coördineert en optimaliseert de facilitaire dienstverlening
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor externe leveranciers (onderhoud, schoonmaak, afval, beveiliging, keuringen)
  • Je staat in voor het budgetbeheer en kostenopvolging
  • Je ondersteunt de leidinggevenden en directie bij facilitaire noden
  • Je draagt bij aan een duurzaam en milieubewust beleid

Preventie en Welzijn

  • Je neemt de rol op van preventieadviseur niveau 2
  • Je voert risico analyses uit
  • Je staat in voor de uitwerking, implementatie, opvolging en bijsturing van het GPP en JAP
  • Je neemt ism HR en de werkgroep psychosociaal beleid. een actieve rol op in de uitwerking, opvolging en evaluatie van het psychosociaal beleid
  • Je neemt deel aan overlegorganen zoals het CPBW
  • Je stemt af met de externe preventie dienst
  • Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting (bv. bouwkunde, elektromechanica, facility management, …)
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in een technische of facilitaire functie
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van gebouwbeheer en onderhoud, installaties (HVAC, elektriciteit, sanitair, automatisering), energiebeheer en duurzaamheid
  • Je bent in het bezit van een attest preventieadviseur niveau 2 of je bent bereid dit te behalen
  • Je bent ondernemend en pro-actief met een duidelijke hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je kan vlot schakelen tussen beleid en uitvoering
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en structureren
  • Je hebt leidinggevende en coachende vaardigheden
  • Je bent communicatief sterk (zowel operationeel als adviserend)
  • Je bent flexibel
  • Kennis van welzijnswetgeving is een pluspunt
