The posting

Als verantwoordelijke van een kinderdagverblijf met 36 kindplaatsen in 2 groepen én eentje van 46 kindplaatsen en 3 groepen, leid je de werking van de opvang in goede banen.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opnamebeleid en de planning (uurroosters);
  • Je verzorgt het onthaal van nieuwe ouders en bent hun aanspreekpunt;
  • Je organiseert wenmomenten in het kader van een kwalitatieve opstart van nieuwe kindjes;
  • Je springt indien nodig in in de leefgroep bij ziekte of afwezigheid van een collega.

Je garandeert een kwalitatieve opvang voor kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijke voor de kwaliteit en veiligheid en voor de opvolging van het pedagogisch project (in samenwerking met de pedagogisch coach/begeleider).

Je stuurt een team van kinderbegeleiders en logistieke medewerkers aan:

  • Je motiveert, coacht en evalueert continu de werking van het team;
  • Je voert functioneringsgesprekken met begeleiders en volgt stagiairs op;
  • Je organiseert op regelmatige basis teamoverleg na de openingsuren;
  • Je zorgt voor een goed onthaal van stagiairs en bent aanspreekpunt voor (hoge)scholen.
  • We zoeken een enthousiaste en flexibele persoon die voldoet aan de kwalificatievereisten voor een verantwoordelijke van een kinderdagverblijf van meer dan 19 plaatsen. Kijk je kwalificatie na op kwalificaties-attesten-kinderopvang-brochure.pdf
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en sterke leidinggevende en coachende vaardigheden strekken tot aanbevelen;
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de pedagogische, sociale en economische functies van kinderopvang;
  • Kennis van de belangrijkste pedagogische en psychologische principes m.b.t. het jonge kind is een pluspunt;
  • Kennis van de wetgeving m.b.t. kinderopvang is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en hun ouders;
  • Je bent empathisch, stressbestendig, neemt initiatief en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Je bent creatief probleemoplossend;
  • Je kan vlot werken met het Office pakket (Office 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint);
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen wagen voor sporadische verplaatsingen in kader van overleg of voor een kleine boodschap en kan je vlot tussen de 2 locaties verplaatsen;
  • Tweetaligheid NL-FRA is een must;
  • Je kan je werkweek en takenpakket flexibel organiseren.
