Infano vzw is al jaren de koploper in de Knack Trends-ranglijst van kinderopvangorganisaties. In de meer dan 150 opvanglocaties over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel vangt Infano vzw elke dag zo’n 20.000 kinderen op. Infano betekent ‘kind’ in het Esperanto en samen met onze medewerkers (intussen al meer dan 700) is er 1 ding belangrijk: het kind centraal zetten!

Ben je een gedreven people person? Hou je ervan om kinderbegeleider(s) te ondersteunen en begeleiden in hun job en kan je je als geen ander verplaatsen in de leefwereld van kinderen met als doel een warm nest te creëren waarin kinderen zich thuis voelen? Dan is Infano vzw op zoek naar jou!

Je functie:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werking van het kinderdagverblijf die opvang voorziet voor kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar
  • Je ondersteunt, coacht en evalueert jouw begeleider(s) op de werkvloer en draait zelf mee in de opvang
  • Je stelt de planningen op en past ze aan waar nodig
  • Je zorgt voor de verwelkoming van de kinderen, uitwisseling van nuttige informatie met de ouders zoals mogelijke problemen met slapen, eten, ongemakken, … en bouwt zo een professionele vertrouwensrelatie op met de ouders en hun kinderen
  • Je neemt het administratieve luik voor jouw rekening (planning, documentatie naar ouders, verslagen, prestaties, verlof, bestellingen, …)
  • Je creëert een rustige en veilige omgeving die bevorderlijk is voor het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van het kind
  • Je staat mee in voor het onderhoud van het kinderdagverblijf, het speelgoed, de uitrusting, …
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma
  • Je beschikt over jarenlange ervaring in de ondersteuning van een team en het werken met kinderen
  • Je kan een team motiveren, inspireren en vooral het coachen van je team staat op je lijf geschreven
  • Je kan je flexibel opstellen en je aanpassen aan wisselende situaties en onvoorziene omstandigheden
  • Je beschikt over een probleemoplossende mindset
  • Administratieve taken schrikken jou niet af
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve skills.
