The posting

OKiDO Hoboken is een lokale dienst buurtgerichte kinderopvang. Kwetsbare gezinnen hebben voorrang. Het zijn kinderdagverblijven voor enerzijds dringende kinderopvang (minder dan een maand inschrijven voor de start van de opvang) en anderzijds reguliere opvang van kinderen tussen 0 en 3 jaar. We streven naar een mix van gezinnen.

Ouders kunnen er met hun kindjes terecht als ze gaan solliciteren of een tewerkstelling starten, een opleiding volgen of gezinsondersteunende opvang nodig hebben. Bij OKiDO werken gediplomeerde kinderbegeleiders samen met collega’s die tijdens de job de opleiding kinderzorg volgen.

Je bent de geknipte persoon want…

  • Je vormt een team met de collega-verantwoordelijke van Okido Hoboken (Oudestraat 55, 36 kindplaatsen).
  • Als team sta je in voor de verdere uitbouw van dit initiatief voor occasionele kinderopvang dat ook erkend is als lokale dienst buurtgerichte kinderopvang.
  • Dit impliceert de begeleiding en de coaching van de medewerkers, de contacten met de ouders, de opvolging van de kinderen, het pedagogisch beleid, netwerking en het globale (administratieve) beheer van het initiatief kinderopvang (waaronder het personeelscontingent).
  • Je onderhoudt de contacten met de opdrachtgever (OCMW Antwerpen).

Je overhaalt ons helemaal want…

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de sector (kinderopvang) en/of de doelgroep (intercultureel/kansarm/…).
  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring en bouwt op een professionele manier netwerken uit.
  • Je kan je behelpen in het Frans en het Engels.
