Kwaliteitscoördinator - Lommel - Deeltijdse functie

Ben jij een gedreven professional die kwaliteit en duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan? In Lommel zoeken we een kwaliteitscoördinator die ervoor zorgt dat onze processen voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden. Dit is jouw kans om het verschil te maken!

  • Heb je ervaring in een kwaliteitsrol?
  • Ben je bekend met de IFS-normen en levensmiddelenwetgeving?
  • Heb je minimaal een bachelor in een voedingsgerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring?

Als kwaliteitscoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit binnen ons bedrijf. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Zorgen dat alle processen voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen (o.a. IFS Logistics & Broker – BIO-certificaat).
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van het kwaliteitshandboek.
  • Uitvoeren van interne audits en coördineren van externe audits.
  • Leiden van het HACCP-team en uitvoeren van jaarlijkse verificaties en validaties.
  • Volgen van wijzigingen in de wetgeving en deze implementeren in producten en processen.
  • Toezicht houden op etikettering en beheren van productspecificaties.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers voor informatie over QMS.
  • Beheren van nieuwe productontwikkelingsprojecten.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren (staalnames, etikettering, hygiëne, ...).
  • Advies geven over reinigingsmethoden en -middelen.
  • Interne opleidingen geven met betrekking tot het kwaliteitshandboek.
  • Collega’s begeleiden in het naleven van kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Klachten behandelen en corrigerende maatregelen bepalen.
  • Coördineren van crisissituaties en het crisishandboek beheren.
  • Duurzaamheidsstrategieën ontwikkelen (bijv. energie, CO2, afval, mobiliteit).
  • Milieu-impact meten (energieverbruik, uitstoot, grondstoffen).
  • Samenwerken met de preventieadviseur aan het veiligheidsbeleid.

Voor deze rol is het belangrijk dat je over de juiste kwalificaties en competenties beschikt om succesvol te zijn. Wij zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • Een bachelor in een voedingsgerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring heeft.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een kwaliteitsrol, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector.
  • Kennis heeft van IFS-normen (IFS Logistics & Broker) en levensmiddelenwetgeving.
  • Een administratieve duizendpoot is.
  • Ervaring heeft met het opstellen en beoordelen van productspecificaties.
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van de Engelse taal heeft. Kennis van Duits of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kan werken.
  • Hands-on is en proactief denkt.
  • Communicatief sterk is en goed kan samenwerken in teamverband.
