Dit is jouw functie:

Als verantwoordelijke laadploeg combineer je een hands-on rol op de werkvloer met de nodige administratieve opvolging. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze transportactiviteiten vlot verlopen: je stuurt de laadploeg aan, bewaakt veiligheid en kwaliteit én zorgt voor een correcte planning en administratie.

1) Administratie:

  • Je houdt de transportplanning mee in goede banen en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige documenten correct voorbereid zijn. Je maakt vrachtbrieven en CMR’s op, bezorgt deze aan de laders en volgt de administratie verder op.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de dispatchers van Transwinaton, onze eigen transportfirma, en zorgt samen voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking.

2) Aansturen laders

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de vrachten veilig, correct en op tijd geladen worden.
  • Je stuurt de laders mee aan, ondersteunt hen waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid en kwaliteit steeds centraal staan.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de laders en helpt hen bij vragen of problemen op de werkvloer.
  • Je volgt de stock op en denkt mee na over verbeteringen om de laadactiviteiten zo efficiënt mogelijk te organiseren.

Dit is jouw profiel:

  • Je bent min. in het bezit van een A2 diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring met een rolbrug is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste. Je kan met de meest courante computerprogramma’s overweg.
  • Je kan je plan trekken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent hands-on en dynamisch ingesteld. Je kan nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werken. Je bent stressbestendig.
