Jouw missie

Elke week trek je erop uit om Brusselse bouwbedrijven te ontmoeten. Je luistert naar hun uitdagingen, laat zien wat Embuild.Brussels concreet voor hen kan betekenen en overtuigt hen om lid te worden. Ook daarna blijf jij hun vertrouwde aanspreekpunt.

Dit is een veelzijdige terreinfunctie waarin menselijk contact en resultaat centraal staan.

Jouw rol

  • Je identificeert potentiële nieuwe leden, legt actief contact en overtuigt hen van de meerwaarde van een Embuild-lidmaatschap.
  • Je bezoekt bedrijven en bouwt persoonlijke, duurzame relaties op met toekomstige leden.
  • Je beheert het volledige aansluitingsproces: van prospectie en opvolging tot de betaling van het lidgeld.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan overleg over de commerciële strategie van Embuild.
  • Je versterkt de zichtbaarheid van Embuild met gerichte prospectieacties en relevante marketingcontent voor bedrijven.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt Embuild op evenementen, beurzen en webinars en draagt zo bij aan onze aanwezigheid in de sector.

Onze ideale Ledenverantwoordelijke

  • Beschikt over sterke relationele vaardigheden en stemt je communicatie moeiteloos af op verschillende gesprekspartners
  • Brengt mensen samen en weet hen op een overtuigende manier mee te krijgen in je verhaal
  • Heeft commerciële flair. Ervaring in klantenrelaties of een commerciële functie is een pluspunt
  • Heeft een uitgesproken interesse in de bouwsector
  • Communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en/of in het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en hebt een praktische kennis van de andere taal. Een goede tweetaligheid Nederlands-Frans is een belangrijke troef
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Is resultaatgericht, proactief en zelfstandig, en werkt graag samen met anderen
  • Is nieuwsgierig, creatief en dynamisch
  • En heeft een goed gevoel voor humor
