The posting

Al meer dan 60 jaar brengen wij koekjes en gebak tot bij klanten wereldwijd. Onze producten worden voornamelijk onder private label verkocht via grote retailketens. In onze moderne fabriek in Temse werken zo’n 75 medewerkers aan 5 productielijnen in 2 ploegen of vaste nacht. Als familiebedrijf in de voedingssector hechten we veel belang aan kwaliteit, hygiëne en een warme, familiale werksfeer.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, instellen en zo nodig omschakelen van de verpakkingslijn zodat de geplande productie gerealiseerd kan worden
  • Je verhelpt kleine storingen
  • Je voert op regelmatige basis kwaliteitscontroles uit
  • Je stuurt de inpakmedewerkers aan en je zorgt daarbij voor een efficiënte en effectieve werkorganisatie
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe inpakmedewerkers zodat zij vlot geïntegreerd raken
  • Je werkt zelf ook actief mee aan de lijn zodat de continuïteit gegarandeerd blijft

  • Relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector
  • Een evenwicht tussen taakgericht en mensgericht werken
  • Duidelijke communicatie en de juiste dosis assertiviteit
  • Technische interesse of affiniteit
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands
  • Bereidheid om stap voor stap te groeien en alle processen en machines te leren kennen
  • Respect voor hygiëneregels (geen gelnagels, sieraden, haarnetje dragen, …)
  • Ben je bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken?
