Voor onze klant regio Veurne, zoeken we een gedreven verantwoordelijke orderpicking die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt én energie krijgt van het aansturen van een team.

Als Verantwoordelijke Orderpicking heb je de operationele leiding over de werkvloer. Je stuurt je team aan, helpt bestellingen klaarzetten en voert kwalitatieve eindcontroles uit. Je optimaliseert processen en garandeert dat onze logistieke keten naadloos aansluit. Jouw einddoel? Een vlot picking-proces met een correcte en tijdige levering aan de klant.

Jouw kerntaken:

  • Aansturen & Organiseren: Je plant de orderpicking, stemt prioriteiten af en stuurt je team gericht aan op basis van de dag- of weekplanning.
  • Voorraad & Logistiek: Je zorgt voor de tijdige beschikbaarheid van goederen (diepvries, panklaar, droogstock), signaleert tijdig tekorten en bewaakt de efficiëntie van jouw picking-atelier.
  • Kwaliteitsborging: Je controleert documenten, aantallen en etikettering via een strikte eindcontrole. Je zorgt dat de juiste order naar de juiste klant gaat.
  • Opvolging: Je beheert retourstromen richting kwaliteit en rapporteert de productietijden.

• Natuurlijk leiderschap: Je pakt de leiding op de werkvloer, neemt vlot beslissingen en stuurt je team op een heldere, motiverende manier aan.

• Organisatorisch talent: Je behoudt altijd het helikopteroverzicht, denkt procesmatig en begrijpt hoe verschillende logistieke schakels in elkaar grijpen.

• Stressbestendig & accuraat: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en blijft kalm en gefocust wanneer de tijdsdruk stijgt.

• Resultaat- en kwaliteitsgericht: Je stuurt actief op KPI's zoals efficiëntie, productiviteit en een foutloze output.

• Sterke communicator: Je communiceert direct en to-the-point met je team en andere afdelingen.

• Flexibel & hands-on: Je schakelt moeiteloos bij wisselende prioriteiten en springt zonder aarzelen bij op de vloer wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

• Talenkennis: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een operationele basiskennis van het Frans.

• Ervaring: Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring opgedaan in een magazijn-, productie- of pickingomgeving.
