De Kringwinkel Midwest (250-tal medewerkers), met hoofdkantoor in Ingelmunster, is een maatwerkbedrijf dat tewerkstellingskansen biedt aan mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Met activiteiten op het vlak van hergebruik, horeca en mobiliteit combineert de organisatie een sterke maatschappelijke betrokkenheid met een duurzame en bedrijfsmatige werking.

Wegens pensionering en om de logistieke en verwerkingsactiviteiten verder te ondersteunen en te ontwikkelen, zoeken wij een verantwoordelijke logistiek & verwerking.

Jobomschrijving

Na een grondige introductie in onze organisatie sta je in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en verdere optimalisatie van de logistieke en verwerkingsactiviteiten. Je coördineert het volledige traject van inzameling en transport tot verwerking, voorraadbeheer en het winkelklaar maken van goederen.

Als eindverantwoordelijke op vlak van logistiek, sortering, techniek, facility (9 werkbegeleiders, 120 doelgroepmedewerkers) sta je in voor:

  • Het vertalen van de doelstellingen van de organisatie naar concrete processen en het continu optimaliseren ervan
  • Het coördineren van de dagelijkse werking en afstemming tussen de verschillende operationele teams
  • Het coachen van de werkbegeleiders
  • Het bewaken de personeelsplanning
  • Het opvolgen van het beheer en onderhoud van gebouwen, voertuigen, materiaal, … en de contacten met externe leveranciers
  • Het onderhouden van externe contacten en het onderzoeken van mogelijkheden voor nieuwe inzamel- en hergebruikkanalen
  • Het opvolgen van de toepasselijke regelgeving en rapportering rond inzameling, hergebruik en afvalstromen.
  • …

Kortom, een zeer gevarieerde functie met een grote betrokkenheid binnen de dagelijkse werking.

Daarnaast word je mee verantwoordelijk voor verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de activiteiten en de organisatie door het uitwerken van nieuwe projecten en het begeleiden van de implementatie ervan op de werkvloer.

Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de commercieel-operationeel directeur.

  • Je bent een verbindend leider die in staat is om medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en te ondersteunen.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in het organiseren van een operationele werking en het leidinggeven aan medewerkers.
  • Je behaalde een hogere opleiding.
  • Je voelt je betrokken bij de maatschappelijke opdracht van een maatwerkbedrijf.
  • Je hebt een sterk organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt constructief samen met collega’s en externe partners.
