Steek jij graag de handen uit de mouwen én neem je graag de leiding? Ben jij iemand die graag meewerkt op de vloer, maar tegelijk ook het overzicht bewaart en collega's kan aansturen?

Als Verantwoordelijke magazijn zorg je samen met de Inbound Manager en Supervisor voor een vlotte organisatie van de activiteiten in de inboundafdeling. Je werkt actief mee, stuurt collega's aan en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste grondstoffen op het juiste moment klaarstaan voor productie. Deze functie doe je in 2 ploegen waarbij je één week in de vroege shift werkt en de andere in de late shift.

Een gevarieerde functie dus, waarin verantwoordelijkheid, teamwork en een hands-on aanpak centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Meehelpen met het orderpicken van grondstoffen uit de frigo's en diepvriezers.
  • Je werkt één week in de vroege shift en de andere week in de late shift
  • Werken met een fiche en scanner om de juiste producten per productiebatch klaar te zetten.
  • Collega's van de afdeling aansturen en zorgen voor een duidelijke taakverdeling.
  • Het overzicht bewaren over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling.
  • De diensttelefoon beantwoorden en waar nodig bijsturen.
  • Controleren of productiebatches correct en tijdig klaarstaan aan de hand van scanlijsten.
  • Toezien op orde en netheid binnen de afdeling.
  • Waken over de naleving van de kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Productafwijkingen signaleren en rapporteren aan de kwaliteitsafdeling.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht naar je collega-verantwoordelijke en de Inbound Manager.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers onthalen, opleiden en begeleiden.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het team mee op sleeptouw neemt.

  • Hebt leidinggevende vaardigheden en weet collega's op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Bent hands-on, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Werkt graag samen en communiceert duidelijk en efficiënt.
  • Hebt een goede kennis van volume-eenheden.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Neemt veiligheid en hygiëne serieus.
  • Kan fysiek werk goed aan en hebt geen probleem met het regelmatig tillen van gewichten tot ongeveer 15 kg.
  • Bent bereid om te werken in een gekoelde omgeving:
  • Beheerst het Nederlands goed.
  • Bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.

Ervaring in een magazijn-, productie- of logistieke omgeving is mooi meegenomen. Ook wanneer je nog geen leidinggevende ervaring hebt, maar wel de juiste ingesteldheid en ambitie hebt om hierin te groeien, ben je welkom.
