Werk je graag zowel praktisch als administratief en hou je van orde en structuur?Dan ben jij misschien de Verantwoordelijke Magazijnbeheer die we zoeken voor onze klant in Maasmechelen. In deze rol ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen het magazijn en zorg je ervoor dat materialen tijdig klaarstaan, goederen correct geregistreerd worden en techniekers elke ochtend vlot aan hun werkdag kunnen beginnen.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je precies doen?In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je ervoor dat het magazijn vlot, overzichtelijk en efficiënt draait. Je combineert operationele taken met administratieve opvolging en werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega’s binnen de organisatie.Verwerken en controleren van inkomende goederen, inclusief de bijhorende administratie.Zorg dragen voor een correcte en overzichtelijke opslag van materialen en producten.Verzendklaar maken, controleren en administratief afhandelen van uitgaande goederen.Klaarzetten van de benodigde materialen voor plaatsingen en service-interventies.Nauwe samenwerking met de collega's om een vlotte werking te garanderen.Waken over orde, netheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie binnen het magazijn.Opvolgen en correct toepassen van het afvalbeleid.Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties van de magazijnprocessen.

Een combinatie van hands-on mentaliteit en administratieve nauwkeurigheid is daarbij onmisbaar.Zelfstandig werken en de verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor een vlotte werking van het magazijn.Proactief handelen, opportuniteiten zien en problemen aanpakken voordat ze zich stellen.Vooruitdenken en rekening houden met de dagelijkse planning en toekomstige noden.Het overzicht bewaren, ook wanneer prioriteiten verschuiven.Inzien dat een correcte administratieve opvolging even belangrijk is als de operationele werkzaamheden.Sterk belang hechten aan orde, structuur en netheid in de werkomgeving.Duidelijk communiceren, afspraken bewaken en collega's op een constructieve manier aanspreken.Beschikken over enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een magazijn- of logistieke omgeving.In het bezit zijn van een heftruckattest of bereid zijn dit te behalen.
