The posting

  • Je organiseert, begeleidt en volgt keuringen en inspecties op van rollend en varend materieel, hijsmiddelen, elektrische toestellen, werfinstallaties en meer.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische problemen en defecten en bepaalt op basis van je analyse welke acties nodig zijn.
  • Je stuurt een team van techniekers en mechaniekers aan en ondersteunt hen in hun technische en professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je zorgt samen met je team voor het periodieke en curatieve onderhoud van het machinepark.
  • Je coördineert en volgt herstellingen en onderhoudswerken op en waakt over een efficiënte planning.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het nodige materieel tijdig beschikbaar en inzetbaar is voor onze waterbouwkundige projecten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verdere optimalisatie en ontwikkeling van onze technische dienst.

Je hebt een sterke interesse in rollend en varend materieel en combineert technische kennis met een commerciële en organisatorische ingesteldheid. Je bent een teamspeler, werkt flexibel en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning verandert.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Elektromechanica of Werktuigkunde en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische en praktische kennis, bij voorkeur binnen rollend materieel, landbouwmachines, machinebouw of een gelijkaardige omgeving.
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren, plannen en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent vlot met computers en digitale systemen en maakt je nieuwe programma’s snel eigen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met collega’s, leveranciers en techniekers.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
