Wat is jouw rol?

  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer vijf techniekers.
  • Je voert onderhoud, herstellingen, montagewerkzaamheden, schouwingen, controles en revisies uit op goederenwagons.
  • Je taken variëren, afhankelijk van de specialisatie waarvoor je zal worden opgeleid.

Diploma & Taalvaardigheid:

  • Je hebt een diploma secundair technisch of beroepsonderwijs (OK4) of gelijkwaardigheid, of minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Technische vaardigheden:

  • Je beschikt over een sterke basis mechanica, kunt mechanische metingen uitvoeren en technische plannen lezen.
  • Je kent de wettelijke voorschriften inzake veiligheid en bescherming van personeel.
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer.

Persoonlijke eigenschappen:

  • Je beschikt over leiderschaps- en organisatorische vaardigheden om een team succesvol aan te sturen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, methodisch en nauwkeurig, neemt graag initiatief, en respecteert altijd veiligheidsprocedures.
