Ben jij een expert in voertuig-elektriciteit en ben je klaar om de leiding te nemen over een gespecialiseerde afdeling binnen een dynamisch bedrijf? Aerts Trucks nv is op zoek naar een technisch onderlegde verantwoordelijke voor onze afdeling nieuwbouw, met specifieke focus op vrachtwagens en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen.

Jouw functie: een veelzijdige technische en coördinerende rol

Als verantwoordelijke voor de nieuwbouwafdeling ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt en zorg je ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden binnen jouw team vlot, correct en tijdig verlopen. Je combineert technische uitvoer met leiderschap en organisatorisch inzicht. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Leiding en teamcoördinatie: Je stuurt dagelijks de mecaniciens van de nieuwbouwafdeling aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling, efficiënte werkplanning en een vlot verloop van de werkzaamheden.
  • Projectvoorbereiding en dossierbeheer: Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden en waakt over de correcte afhandeling van de dossiers van nieuwe voertuigen.
  • Technische uitvoering: Je voert mee aanpassings- en installatiewerken uit, zoals het monteren van elektrische accessoires en extra uitrusting op vrachtwagens en lichte bestelwagens.
  • Technische keuringen: Je bereidt voertuigen technisch voor op keuringen, zodat deze voldoen aan alle wettelijke vereisten.
  • Orde en netheid: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de orde en netheid binnen de werkplaats en streeft een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving na.
  • Samenwerking en communicatie: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van andere afdelingen en stimuleert een positieve teamspirit binnen je ploeg.
  • Je beschikt over een uitgebreide kennis van elektriciteit, bij voorkeur in de automotive sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met vrachtwagens of lichte bedrijfswagens.
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel en nauwgezet in je werk.
  • Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor orde, structuur en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent in staat om een team te leiden, te motiveren en te ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-weken systeem: Week 1: van 7.30u tot 16.30u Week 2: van 7.30u tot 17.00u, inclusief zaterdagvoormiddag (7.00u – 12.30u) met een vrije dag tijdens diezelfde week
  • Je werkt dus 1 op 2 zaterdagen, met telkens compensatie tijdens de week.
