Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, klantvriendelijk en hou je ervan om alles achter de schermen vlot te laten verlopen? Spreek je zowel Nederlands als Frans en ben je graag het aanspreekpunt voor gasten, collega's en leveranciers? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou! (vanaf begin 2027)

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere:

  • Voorbereiden van aankomsten: sleutels, dossiers en praktische informatie klaarzetten;
  • Verwelkomen van gasten en verzorgen van sleuteloverdrachten bij aankomst en vertrek;
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en ondersteunen van vakantiegangers tijdens hun verblijf;
  • Plannen en coördineren van de werkzaamheden van de onderhoudsmedewerker en eventuele extra medewerkers;
  • Aansturen van schoonmaakpartners volgens de reservatieplanning;
  • Waken over een vlotte organisatie van check-ins en check-outs, ook tijdens drukke periodes;
  • Opvolgen van meldingen, onderhoudsproblemen en de algemene staat van de appartementen;
  • Organiseren van interventies door externe vakmensen zoals loodgieters, elektriciens of technici;
  • Beheren van voorraden en materiaal;
  • Regelmatig overleggen met de collega's in Brussel en tijdig rapporteren over eventuele problemen of noodzakelijke interventies;
  • Mee zorgen voor een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening en een optimale gastervaring.
  • Bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands-Frans;
  • Bent gastvrij en haalt energie uit contact met mensen;
  • Kan verschillende taken en betrokken partijen efficiënt coördineren;
  • Werkt vlot met e-mail, planningen en courante computertoepassingen;
  • Blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht bij onverwachte situaties;
  • Bent punctueel, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk;
  • Kan zelfstandig werken binnen duidelijke afspraken en procedures.
