Een team aansturen, administratieve processen verbeteren, commerciële klantenrelaties uitbouwen of events organiseren: als Verantwoordelijke Eerste Hulp Administratie en Operaties zorg jij ervoor dat onze Eerste Hulpopleidingen efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol opgevolgd worden.

Je komt terecht in het team Eerste Hulp binnen Humanitaire Diensten. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een vlotte administratieve en operationele ondersteuning van onze opleidingen voor burgers, scholen, jeugdorganisaties, bedrijven en verenigingen. Een veelzijdige verantwoordelijke functie waarin je leidinggevende, organisatorische en commerciële vaardigheden samenkomen.

Functiebeschrijving

  • Je stuurt de administratieve medewerkers aan, ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de administratieve opvolging en volgt de doorlooptijden, volledigheid en inhoudelijke kwaliteit op.
  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert administratieve processen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Je bouwt commerciële klantenrelaties uit en onderhoudt ze. Op basis van een jouw verkoops- en marketingplan werk je mee aan de promotie en verdere uitbouw van ons opleidingsaanbod.
  • Je staat in voor de organisatie van evenementen voor onze verschillende doelgroepen en zorgt ervoor dat de praktische organisatie en opvolging vlot verlopen.
  • Je beheert de voorraad van didactische materialen en zorgt ervoor dat beroepslesgevers, freelancers en vrijwilligers tijdig over het nodige materiaal beschikken om kwaliteitsvolle Eerste Hulpopleidingen te geven.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en weet medewerkers te motiveren, te ondersteunen en aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het uitbouwen en onderhouden van commerciële klantenrelaties.
  • Je hebt doorgedreven ervaring in het optimaliseren van administratieve processen en het verbeteren van de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van een werking.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht over verschillende activiteiten en deadlines.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat actief op zoek naar verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe partners.
